Order tracking application for an organic pet food brand.

Problem

The brand currently lacks an efficient and easy way for customers to track their orders and know when they will receive their pet food. Customers may feel frustrated by the lack of transparency and clarity in the delivery process, which can lead to a poor user experience and potential loss of customers.

Goal

To create an order tracking application that provides the brand's customers with an efficient and pleasant user experience, allowing them to track their orders, receive real-time updates on their order status, and know when they will receive their pet food. The goal is to improve the customer experience and increase customer retention and sales.

My role

Responsabilities

  • Conduct user research to understand the needs and expectations of the brand's customers.

  • Develop user goals and requirements for the order tracking application.

  • Design the application flow and create wireframes and prototypes.

  • Conduct user testing and obtain feedback to iterate and improve the application design.

  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure the application design can be effectively implemented.
